An overview of her history and a word on the Author by the Author.
L.T. Varner is an Author navigating her way through unknown territory as she writes and does everything that goes along with publishing. It started as a hobby after becoming bored with predictable and typical television and books. It quickly turned into an obsession.
With every new hobby comes the learning curve and figuring out your voice and what type of writer you become. L.T. writes about believable stories that are anything but predictable. She prefers to keep you guessing until the very last page. She leans toward romance with suspense sprinkled in. As she says, “I write the stories that play in my head that I would want to watch.”
From the Author
Let me tell you a few things about myself. Not much, but enough. I have lived in a small town in Nebraska my whole life. Football is very dear to my heart. Growing up in such a state devoted to the sport has been amazing!
Attention isn’t my thing, but I am learning to deal with it. I prefer to be alone and write as story lines develop in my head. I refer to myself as an accidental writer because it is not something I ever thought I would do. Now that I have started, I can’t stop! I never intended the Danni to Pieces series to ever be read by anyone else, but things surprise me over time.
I love to write a story, but talking about myself is a struggle. I am an introvert and wouldn’t leave my house if I didn’t have to. I love my tattoos. I love staying up all night writing with my rock music blaring in my ears. In the story, Danni’s thoughts and emotional response were influenced by my reactions. Not all, but a few. I haven’t figured out how to write without myself or people around me influencing it in some ways. (I hope it stays that way.)
Last but not least, another interest I have is to support other authors and children that have an interest in writing. Without them, I think the world would become a lot dimmer. Imagination is the most intriguing trait a person can have. I encourage it in any way I can. Just write!
Thank you for your interest, your support, and kind words. Happily, I am in the process of writing Book 5 in the series and have no idea when it will be finished (hopefully soon). Follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for updates and events as well.
